Registration Process
New Patients
Must complete a one-time registration at the reception counter to receive a Medical Record (MR) Number.
Returning Patients
Should present their MR Number or Registration Card. If unavailable, kindly contact the reception counter to retrieve your UHID (Unique Hospital Identification Number).
Report Access
If you've undergone any investigations, check your registered email for results. If your email ID isn’t updated, visit the Centralised Dispatch Counter to register or update it.
